Door Panel Removal Help

Hi there, recently had a new speaker put in the front passenger door as there was a serious vibration at certain bass frequencies. Dealer replaced under warranty as the speaker was blown but on testing I find there is still a vibration there, albeit less than before.
I can take it back to the dealers but it's a pain in the butt so what are the steps to getting the door panel off so I can work out where the vibration is coming from and fix myself?

I've checked the forum and can't find anything specific to removing the panel.
