steering rack ends, steering rack itself, steering column UJ shaft 
front lower arm rear bush can cause steering wheel wobble but you have done that already

its most likely to be the little motor inside the actuator thats passed its best, you can replace just that part about £5 but you need to take the actuator out and strip it down to replace the ... |

take it the FBH you would be better off trying to get it fixed than disconnecting as it helps the engine get up to and stay at temp, have a look over on D3 as a WHOLE section on about the FBH ... |
