blimey £600 for the front air strut sounds a lot as well, there stripping some of the front down to do the other stuff anyway

now its been mentioned I think I may have left in N and turned off but yes back the shoes adjuster off through the discs window and it helps the disc come off.

And
Don’t think you will get the codes for the EGR not working correctly as you have unplugged them, so it does not see the valves moving (or not!) anyway

Not talking about the valve inside the EGR 
But inside the air inlet on top of the engine
(Is it Throttle body can not remember !)
It’s where the egr pipes route the exhaust gasses ... |

Hi,
there may be no Need to remove the flap but its just a restriction in the air flow so makes sense to remove it.

if I remember correctly it actually tells the car to ignore the fault signal and so does Not put the light on, codes still happen.
