hi i have just had the same thing on my sport,
same symptoms and same steering wheel on the dash the only thing that cured it was a new compressor pump
as it took ages to pump up the vehicle

it was my ns driveshaft that had damaged splines so it came out and lost my drive,just seems weird a 4x4 would stop completly for one driveshaft?

i checked for a drive shaft etc under the car but couldnt see much,i dont know what a torque convertor is so will have to await ... |
