My L320 doesn't have the roof-rails into which roof bars can be fixed but, instead, has the 'blanks' that fill the same channels. Is there any way to obtain the roof rail inserts on their own? ...

Even the 'trim removing tools' don't seem to be sharp enough to get under the edges. Melting the centre with a diamond bur in a Dremel seemed to work.
