I have a 6L one and when I tried it on the RRS I found the suction tube didnāt reach the bottom of the sump so I could only get about 4 and a bit litres out.
I drop the plate now. |

Just like to point out it wasnāt juddering that was the problem it was the noise they made in operation/change in direction was loud.
