The key doesnā€™t come out with the hook unlocked, if itā€™s got the original red flat head key it should fit in, mines had a replacement lock with a standard key which sticks out so I spring the lock ...

Thatā€™s different, Iā€™d looked at the carpet style oneā€™s interested to see how it looks? Also looked at the self adhesive faux leather stitching available from PRC.

The active turning lights (or whatever they are called?) didnā€™t work when I got mine so I rewired them through a DRL relay which dims them with headlights on and replaced the bulbs with LED.

I have a 6L one and when I tried it on the RRS I found the suction tube didnā€™t reach the bottom of the sump so I could only get about 4 and a bit litres out.

I drop the plate now.

Just like to point out it wasnā€™t juddering that was the problem it was the noise they made in operation/change in direction was loud.

The cornering lights never worked on mine so Iā€™ve installed Led bulbs and rewired as DRLā€™s.
