how much is your house worth? mine is ..

I'm in the middle of getting shut of the missus and needed a property valuation for settlement stuff. I was amazed that my basic 4 bedder which I bought for 200 about 4 years ago has DOUBLED, that's 400 grand and I only owe about 60k and I never did get round to do that boring DIY I promised.
I reckon 50-100k will keep old slippy knickers quiet I think and one of my teenage girls wants to stay with me so that's the washin' n cooking sorted for now, take it easy, quids in then off abroad as soon as.
Anyway nevermind my crap, what's your house worth? are you thinking of cashing in and moving out before you get your dosh stolen from you?

It costs nothing to stay put - so thats even more money in my back pocket & less to Mr Blair & his slimy leeches Having said that - the cost invovled in moving I put to good use instead - I built a huge extension - adding value.... .. & used the rest to sun myself in the caribbean .......

I live in my car but thats gone from £46.5k to £44.5k in 4 months

(thats what I've been offered on a FFRR TDV8 Vogue SE with a £3.8k discount on the FFRR too!)
