well having sent such a large deposit I think the moaning is justified

When you next speak to your dealer mention the interest you are losing and that you expect a free set of mats or something. I recall visiting just before GW1 and there was a loadmaster stripping a minigun prior to deployment. He has obviously trained night and day and could do it in his sleep.
