I have to admit I have only owned one car previously when I was younger

It was a :

















Peg Perego Jeep Very Happy Mr. Green
I loved that thing. Used to drive round Gerrards Cross when I was younger on it. Even had a working tape player.Accurate speedo, Brakes, Seatbelts, Boot and ignition key Big Cry I loved that thing Crying or Very sad
Now I got my beemer. Love it to bits.
I think on my parents side though my mums most missed car was her Firebird and dads was a Nissan Skyline with BG (Brunei Gvt) plates on it - meaning he could speed on the motorways and cops wouldnt do anything Very Happy
I saw pictures of him when he had that car (Looked like a complete pillock) Rolling with laughter - In my mind doesnt beat the E34 M5 we had a few years ago. Michael Potter

is that red thing in front of the tyre the automatic stop so that you don't drive the jeep to far into the garage and hit the wall

Car once owned & miss the most ....

1st place .... VW Corrado VR6 Storm

Ask anyone who has had or driven one of those, a brilliant car. Powerful (2.9 litre) V6 in a light car, creamy, smooth power, brilliant handling, yet really practical 4 seater hatch back. Had her for about 5 years and 120,000 miles, she never missed a beat - should never have sold her Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry

2nd place ..... Alfasud 1.5,

again a excellent power to weight ratio, superb handling and full of character (but a bag o' Censored as regards longevity / reliability

3rd place ...... a 1968 Series 2 a LWB called "Bertha"

learnt to drive in her and she came to Uni with me. Had a big mattress in the back - happy memories Razz RRS TDv8 HSE Rimini
