Someone needs to get hold of the claim data for the past few years to see whether or not the raise is actually based on statistics (i.e. of the most damaging accidents being caused by car weight as opposed to excessive speed, for example).... I'm sure somebody will start publishing data sooner or later.

Initially, does seem simply another penalty move against the motorist. Confused
