I have an album here and i want to take it home with me tryed to bluetooh it over to my phone but it's not having any of it and haven't got any cd's here.

If your VPN terminates inside your firewall obviously you will need to allow through the VPN transports (e.g PPTP, L2TP, GRE - whatever you're using) but limit their allowed destination the VPN server/terminator. You can then work on securing the backend traffic over IPSec if you wanted to go that far.... there's a balance between complexity and security of course. The most secure networks are also the most complex, in most cases, and there's a point where effort expended against the value of the data you're securing becomes too great. Anyway - you know where I am if you need to chat about it

Have you got a USB key you could drop it onto? No USB cable for your phone? It's MP3s I take it... so you won't get any value by zipping them up... not much more you can do without a way of transferring it. Have you got a Google account? You could upload it to Google Docs and then pick it up from home?
