its meet, drink, chat and eat I think - not sure it will be anything formal though - TB's been there so can give a better indication of the best way to arrange food - i.e. as a big group or individually

I will be confirming with the pub tomorrow that there will be about twenty - twenty five of us in total who will want to eat. It wont be any thing formal, but I will know more tomorrow and will let everyone know what the plans are then. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Confirmed everything at the pub this afternoon, PM's sent to everyone.

The plan is for everyone to arrive at the venue between 1:00pm and 2:00pm. Anyone wishing to eat will be able to sit down from 2:00pm onwards.
