On Line shopping

Have spent at least 2 hours telling Sainsburys that they are crap.

Basic story is that I book a delivery slot for Mrs VA's weekly food shop last night but because of a tech problem their end (They told me that) I was unable to confirm the order. This morning I have been onto their site again trying to confirm the order only to find out that the delivery cann't be made until Friday (Originally Wednesday) They admit that their system is at fault but say thee is nothing they can do! I say B ks and as I spend over 1k there a month they should sort this out. Unfortunately I'm talking to monkies (sorry ST) They are offering free delivery!!!!!!! The cheeky bastards they have just introduced a £5 fee as it's the busy Christmas period. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Yep, we do Waitrose too although via Ocado. Quality goods for quality people And the customer service is good too... they give you stuff for free if you complain (or threaten the delivery monkey with a stick!)

Right got a partial result. They are unable to deliver because the vans are full but I can collect at the time I want - this suits me fine as it's the actual shopping that I hate. I have also got £20 thrown in as compensation. I think it was the 'my wife is disabled' line that did it. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

That's how we do it. Do they let BMW owners use them?? Might have to change now, bad enough you are allowed on here let alone near my food
