Fireworks!

Can I just say a big thank you for the people who decided that 11.35pm is the perfect time for a bloody big firework display. My poor baby daughter who having had the MMR jab recently was a little under the weather and I had spent a good hour getting her to sleep - until WW1 started and I then spent the rest of last night trying to get her to sleep again! 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Yes, welcome to the jungle!

Mind you, Shmoogle Jr slept through it all. I know what you mean over the MMR though - Shmoogle Jr had the three separate jabs and the first one really unsettled him.

sorry to hear that VA - I'm no fan of fireworks personally and fortunately we get nothing round us now. Where we moved from however it was like south central LA at this time of the year.

We were quite lucky, we had fireworks on both Saturday and Sunday evenings at a reasonable time (about 8pm at the latest). Don't think my goldfish liked it though 2002 Discovery Adventurer LE
