2010 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Bali Blue

Burning smell in cabin / smoke from near headlight

Anyone come across a burning oily smell in the cabin, and smoke visible from near the passenger side headlight?
I’ve checked the oil level using the dash oil check and it doesn’t appear to be dropping either.
SDV6 diesel 2016.
I don’t mind taking it to bits, but I’m not sure where to start, so any help would be appreciated

No, not on this car. I did have one when I had a facelifted L320.
I miss the timed heat 😢
