Service Reset

Hi - can anyone help me please —
I have changed the oil and filter and want to do a service reset -
Having done everything properly- depressed break gas etc etc - it shows as service resetting then reset - however when I go back into the menu - it is still reading at Zero -
I’d really appreciate if anyone can help me please — Thanks

Just did mine yesterday as per advice on google.

One thing fixed, another pops up.

Bonnet support struts now fail to keep it open. Thankfully neither an expensive nor time consuming fix. RRS HSE Dynamic SDV6 2014
