Not myself, but I had it done by Bodsy.
He did the greabox flush, remap and blanked of the EGR valves all in about 3 hours. L320 Range Rover Sport 2008

What main benefits did you actually notice. Especially since it has been a while since you have done it. Also how many miles has it been since done

My remap was done over 8.5k miles ago
Throttle is more responsive, definitely quicker of the mark if needed and fuel economy increased by 3 mpg

Australia

I did a BAS remap in 2012 to my 07MY TDV6. Also blanked the EGRs at the same time.

Since then I have covered 180,000km with absolutely no issues. I do not notice it now as everything seems the way it has always been BUT at the time my 0-100kph time decreased from 12.5 secs to just under 11 secs. Other than going on a dyno there was no way to do a before and after. Didn't notice any real improvement in MPG but I can get down to 45-50mpg on long country trips (Australia) at 110kph but about 25mpg stop start in cities.

My tune was not to increase HP but was to increase NM mid range for a diesel so about 2500 rpm.

Car has now covered 250,000km.
