Hi All
I am pulling my hair out on this one.
I keep getting Restricted Performance Warnings on my RRS, and the Software always throws up the same fault P1245 Turbo under boost!
I have done a smoke test and there are no leaks and intake manifolds are fine, no cracks or leaks and no leaks from any hoses.
There has never been any other codes just the P1245 one.
I have checked the EGR rods and they are free and move, I had a quick look at the TSOV Valve and the actuator seems to be free.
I cant see the primary turbo actuator, because I cant seem to find it!
Is there anything else I could look at, The car runs fine until the "restricted Performance " warning pops up.
Looking for any suggestions/pointers.

Hi guys
Finally got to the bottom of it!
After consulting local LR Dealers, they told me my turbos had gone!
Wanting a fortune to replace! Just north of £5k!
So i kept going through it myself!
Finally got it!
My Egr valves were not closing properly! Allowing too much air back into the intake!
Changed them both, a wee bit fiddly but doable!
Got the parts from LR Parts £500 for both!
Now the car goes like a train!
