Crank Position Sensor

So,
it seems like I have a faulty crank position sensor (CPS)
TDV8 3.6 lion. l320. I've sent an inspection camera in and I can see one of the sensor cables has split.

I can't find any good guides on replacing this thing. It appears to be hidden behind a bracket, attaching one of the turbos.

Service manual seems to simply say remove the heat shield and undo the bolt. Not entirely helpful.
Is it even possible to replace this without lifting the body? Has anyone done this job on another Range Rover Sport 3.6?

Crank position or cam position?

Crank position sensor is a transmission out job as you have to remove the flexplate.

Cam position is digging down through various gubbins to get to it. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Definitely crack position sensor.
I’ve seen that other post, think I’m getting stuck with the ‘turbo mounting plate’ ?
Have a stuck bolt in there that won’t budge, half behind another plate, i think parts of the turbo connect to?

The chunky looking mount has a ford logo on it and three 10mm bolts that I can see?
Directly behind the plate I can see the rubber grommet hiding the sensor.

Just stuck and can’t seem to get any other bolts off.

Not much more helpful, still not the same engine. Same sensor, but access seems easier.

I’ve seen that youtube video and the location of the sensor seems to be different for that engine.
“Ricky and Paul’s Autoshop” has comments turned off on their youtube, probably got sick of the comments section correcting their misinformation.

Is there enough wiggle room to split the transmission with the car on jack-stands or is this another body off job?

Seems once the flexplate is removed the sensor is just under..
