Just had the car back on the ramps and found a cv boot loose, grease had escaped so they have regreased but the noise is still there when stationary and turning the wheel, now Im thinking its more the cv joint or drive shaft on the left hand side , as when turning left it is its loudest.

Well you wasnt far off pal! Loose bolt on the suspension arm! Just needed torquing up - Garage did it for free as take all our of cars there for service/MOT - cant go wrong with that sort of service, shame you dont get a lot of it these days! |
