Transmission Service ZF 8HP

Hi guys I Have RRS 2018 2.0 I recently replaced filter for ZF transmission, drained the gearbox fluid and reset the automatic transmission adaptations.

Car is now jerking hard from automatic start stop. Any idea why this is happening?

Thank you for your response. You were right I forgot to refill with the engine running. I re drained the oil 2L came out and with engine running after second fill took a total of 3.5L. The gears are now smooth specially from start stop to gear one which was violent last couple of days. Gear 2-3 seems still jerky but I guess that’s the adaptation period from the reset.
