Green fluid leak

Afternoon everyone. Whilst I was investigating a couple of small stains on my drive I had a crawl under the car and thought it was front diff related so got the car in the air to find the green fluid dripping from above the dif. So I now suspect it's refrigerant for the aircon. But my question is how do I go about fixing it ?
Hopefully just a bolt or two need nipping up but I can't see any access whatsoever

Green fluid is also PAS and ACE.

See fit the fluid in the tanks is green or brown (old) using white tissue

Condenser is fine mate. Seems like pipe work to the pump, could be wrong though
Non ace, and ps fluid hasn't dropped either.
