Hi, I've been looking through the forums and can't seem to get a definative answer.

I have the XQE500380 DVD changer (which is not working). I've pulled it apart and the ribbon cable is worn/torn.

I can't find a replaccement - exact match, but have seen a few for different model numbers.

Question. Is the Alpine model the same, but with different JLR part numbers? Are the changers interchangable?

On the LRCat catalogue, they do say - Substitute - albeit in Russian.

I cant see an Alpine model number on the unit.

For anyone who is interested.

The DVD players are interchangeable.

I replaced my XQE500380 DVD player, with an XQE000200
It works fine. L320 Range Rover Sport 2008

Thanks for letting us know. I've never used mine as it doesn't work (I fitted an Android Car Play system), but I'll keep my eye open for another one now . . .
