P24c6 Fault code Particulate Matter (PM) sensor temperature

Hello,
My first post, and sorry to say its a fault code question...

2018 RRS HSE Dynamic 3.0 SDV6

Yesterday the amber engine light came on. I have a very basic code reader. which gave me P24c6

Good old Google said that it refers to the Particulate Matter Sensor.

Has anyone had this before?

Many thanks
Steve

Oh, good...

So I'm hoping that a new sensor will sort it?...

Will need diagnosis properly, but 99% of the time, it's a sensor issue. They have been superceded quite a few times now Laughing
