I phoned LR insurance about this and it's only available if vehicle is in your name so only if you buy as PCP HP or Cash from dealers as a retail customer. V5 has to be on your name for this insurance to be valid should you need to make a claim that's what I've been told.

LR insurance will contribute £150 if you meet this condition.

I’ll have to try this, LR insurance quoted me around £1900, can get it from Bank of Scotland for around £900 but I’ll call LR and see what I can get them to pay?

Guys you need to get on this, I was quoted £1800 last week by them, you need to get your dealer to set it up for you and email you a code/link, when you click on it it takes you through another quote which came in about the same for me, then the code discounts the £150 per month so I’m now paying £28 per month for my insurance for the next 12 months! Best quote I had elsewhere was £950 with Bank of Scotland, so I’m saving around £600 per year, the £150 monthly discount is valid for 3 years as long as you have no changes that effect your premiums!

I had to push the dealer for this but I’m glad I did now 👍
