Front ACE roll bar bushes

I have just removed and replaced my front diff and while it was out and waiting for parts I did a few other bits like replaced the body arb bushes . The truck now has no clunks like it did but I have a bad squeak / creak as the roll bar on the near side moves up and down . I have read the the split in the bush should be facing the back of the car, is that right ? . Mine is facing the front Embarassed

Could that be the reason ?
