I think there is one on the Disco3 forum.
Before you change it, what I did was get underneath on ramps, drop the transmission guard and give it a good spray with penetrating fluid then work the lever back and forward. This freed it up nicely then a good dose of lube (cant remember if I used a silicone grease) has seen it right.
Replace the tranny guard of course.

Found it.

Ken, out of curiosity would be interested to know if your car does have a transmission shield fitted, as my 5.0L doesn't have one fitted and never has unless dealer left it off in very early day's. Never been able to find one listed for it either just the 3.0L, bit late in the day to worry about it now but if it does just wondered if you can see any part numbers on it would be appreciated.

Cheers
Col

Just managed to get under the car and I seem to have the cover fitted. I've found 5 bolts (2 x front, 1 x rear and 2 down the drivers side) be Censored if I can find the 6th one.

Anyone got a suggestion?

Sounds like its full of water too!

All very odd, but does it look like either of these, although the top picture is for the 3.0L, the lower one is a illustration from the 12/13 workshop manual, and shown for all variants, but could be just generic illustration I guess, as it lists that shield and brkt. for the 05-09 vehicles, which there was never a 5.0L version and a different transmission the 05-09 had a HP26 the 5.0L has the HP28, wouldn't know the external differences though if any.

Cheers

That is the Fuel Tank shield/cover I'm afraid not the Transmission shield, not sure I would remove the bolts unless you have a empty tank or the tank supported Laughing
