Have Lane Assist but no Trafic Sign Recognition

Does anyone know if the TSR can be enabled through changing the CCF as I do have the lane assist camera and I thought they were combined.

There are no options through the car menus, but the hidden menu (press and hold settings?) does indicate that the TSR is active.
