P2142-77 EGR throttle control

Hi Guys,

I have a 2014 rrs sdv8. It has been bringing up the P2142-77 code - EGR throttle control - circuit high.
I thought that this would be the egr actuator that sits on the egr valve, but I swapped that and no difference. I'm pretty confident that the wiring is OK.

Could the main throttle body be throwing an egr throttle code?
