I think Mike thinks there should be more fault codes, with those dash messages.

What about the air suspension module, what codes does that have?

Those are the codes and the messages. There is no more.

U0434

Fault codes in modules other than the ARCM. Such as the RLM, PCM etc

Also, the WSM doesn't list U0434 as a possible fault code for the ARCM Confused

Right. So...

Your reading the faults from the RLM (air suspension)

The warning messages you are having displayed on the dash, are faults with the ARCM

Your reading the codes from the wrong module...

I thought the actual ARCM module it's self is located in a similar position only on the passengers side of the vehicle. This is the only code I can see which begins U0434 but not saying there isn't any others.

Passenger side on an LHD car, drivers side on RHD

The RLM is logging the U0434 comms error, as the ARCM is logging a hard fault...

Did actualy wonder as it was a L/H/D illustration I was looking at, although it did mention location as drivers side.

I don't know what the new one is from. I would suspect from a V6 next thing to do now is get it back on the computer and make sure it is configured properly. I am at the extent of my skills so it is garage bills from here unfortunately.

Hi Simon

I know this is an old thread but could i ask how you got this replacement configured, I have a TDV8 and have sourced and bought what looks like a TDV6 ARC module, I didn't know they needed programming so one step forward and two back unless the GAP IID can configure it

How did you get this problem resolved?

Kind regards
Stuart

I would love to help but cannot remember which car it was. I have owned many RR Sports in the last three years and currently have 5 all of which are unlikely subjects as three of them are spares cars.

I suspect that the problem was either resolved by changing the module or the car was broken up. If I was to guess the car I would think it was one where I blew the turbos not long after sorting it and ended up for spares for my current car. Current cars
