Rear ACE Bar replacement

Hi All
I have a 2009 (Facelift) RRS 3.0. And there is a leak of sorts from the rear, i am sure its the ACE bar but everything is caked in oil so its hard to see where its actually coming from, any good ways to check if its the pipes or the bar itself? I have to keep topping up the ACE Fluid to stop the warning lights from coming on.
Any ideas on what sort of price i should be looking at for replacement, i contacted one place today and was told around 1800 plus VAT which i wasn't hoping for! I can see the cheaper Bars on ebay for around 650, how much labour would i then be expecting?

I saw a comment on a thread here that disco_mikey did a guide for this job, anyone know where that is? Apart from raising the rear it doesn't look like a terribly complex job?

Lastly any recommendations for an indy in essex?

I had my rear bar replaced a few months back at my local indie and it cost me around £1.4K.

I'd get an OEM one from a decent supplier such as Advanced Factors. It'll be about that price, maybe a few quid more, but likely to be a better quality item than a "cheap knock off". 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Thanks, the part i found looks the same as the one from advanced factors, it says its from the BWI factory (Formally the Delphi factory) as currently supplied to JLR
