Multi plug under slam panel

Hi all, whilst I had my front grill off to replace headlight lenses I noticed a rather big multi plug just cable tied to it with no obvious place for it to go. It looks similar to a fan plug iirc.

Any ideas what it's for or am I actually missing a component.

If its about 6 wires, in the middle to passenger side, its for a polution sensor fitted to japan models
