Led number plate lights

Hi all I'm looking for some help my old number plate lights work ok ive fitted new led brighter ones number plate lights did not work put power to them they work ok any suggestions would be grateful

Did you try swapping the wires round? i.e the positive on the other pin?

Have you tried plugging the bulb in the other way round as thought Led's only work fitted one way as they are diodes and the current will only flow one way.
