L320 Steering rack replacement - how much?

Hi All,
My indie has said that my rack is on its last legs - and frankly it is. its wobbly, and clonky.

They've told me it will be about 3k to do the job, which has left me slightly worried.
Is this about right to get it done?
Ta 2013 L320 3.0 TD in grey! sometimes towing a Buccaneer Cruiser.
