Wonder if anyone else has had this issue lately?

All Live services, traffic, weather, browser and navigation have stopped, the six tiles I had on the Live screen have gone to two (updates & my log in) can't log into Live or Navigation. Live just says "verifying" and Navigation tells me " we have an issue our end please try later"

I have a good SIM card and can see 4G, I did a software update to prove the SIM is working?, I tried connecting to the home wifi, but still no change

Got in touch with JLR, once we had gone through many hoops trying to prove I was the cars owner... I got an email saying they were having issues at their end and it should be sorted in 48 hours.... I have waited the aforesaid 48 hrs and still the same...

I have now opened a case with the technical dept... and having answered the same questions a number of times I have booked into local dealership, but they obviously can't do anything for a month *sigh*

Any insights would be appreciated

Apparently it’s the Vehicle shared secret…. Needs reset, who knew there was such a mysterious thing in your car?

Sorry for the delay, but took LR ages to book slot for diagnostic check...

Took car in and they did the VSS routine, and some other software updates (although I thought it was up to date already) all to no avail. Still nothing working so that was a full day wasted.

Rebooked for another slot this time TSU replacement, I'm guessing this is the Telematics unit. This only took about an hour to replace, strangely, any software updating required was uber fast this time. The upshot is that everything is now working...

Glad I had the extended warranty as feel this could of been a costly repair....
