Black wheel nut caps/covers?

hello all

as LR doesn't fit black wheel nuts on black wheels anymore, the silver-nuts are looking a bit "shocked", when mounted on my black wheels.

black wheel nuts are over 500 CHF (about 400 Pounds)
so, I thought about black nut caps. does anybody have caps? if yes - how good are they? where ordered?

Thank you
cheers

good idea, but - does the paint resist during mounting/unmounting the wheels etc.?
have you experience regarding this? Range Rover Sport HST D350

I bought a set from Ebay - search 22mm wheel nut covers price around £10. Had them 3 years and look good, however I do not have a cover on the locking nut so that one nut still looks a bit naff. MY17 RRS 4.4d V8 Autobiography - Aintree Green (also referred to on Topix as British Racing Green)

I used Hammerite matt black spray paint, but in my case it was to refresh a set of already black nuts. Might need to prep them first, with some wet / dry paper?

I did a little prep work as mentioned then painted. I did this in 3 or 4 coats letting each dry with a little hair dryer help. They have been in the car since 2016, I had to touch up over the years. Still look great with gloss alloys. 2018 Telsa MS

hi all

I have mounted my 22" HST wheels and put the black caps on the nuts
the nuts on the 22" HST wheels link are showing some "chrome" ring where the nut hits the wheel
the cover doesn't cover the "ring" of the nut.
I hope I could explain it well..

so, my question: does anybody now where to buy gloss black nuts (without locking nut)?
on ebay there are a few offers, but it seems that some of them are also painted afterwards (this, I could also do by myself)[/url] Range Rover Sport HST D350

I had the same problem so I got these from amazon last week for my new FF & they are ok. I drove 200 miles of fast motorway during the week & they are all still there.

I got a set of 22mm black caps from ebay for around £10, had them on for 3 or 4 months and no issues. They look great, miles better than the silver wheels nuts with the black wheels.
Only problem was they came with a different size for the locking nut which didnt fit. The locking nut needs the same cap as all other nuts so may but another set at some point to use 4 of them for the locking nuts.
