Hi trying to add my car to incontrol account but can't seem to get it to work. Should the Optimised Assistance button be illuminsted ? Mine isnt
I press and hold fir 10 secs as stated but then nothing

It should be illuminated steady white in normal operation, when pressed for 10 seconds and trying to re-sync it should be flashing white.

Going to try again tomoz
Then if no join into LR 😔
