I would ask them to put the original map back on and a full refund, Then find your nearest Alive distributor or contact bodsy on here if he can remap it correctly.

As Jase says above, get it removed assuming they’ll come to the garage. Would be interesting to know if this fixes the issue and the garage has said all is well. 2006 2.7 TDV6 HSE in Cairns Blue.
