Just sold my Discovery 4 and replaced with a 2013 L320. My Disco had the t track roof rails already fitted when I bought it and I bought the roof bars separately, which I kept when I sold the car. I’m trying to find somewhere that just sells the rails, but can only seem to find complete kits (rails and bars) when I look online. Can anyone point me to a site that just sells the rails?

I couldn't see anywhere selling just the rails, but LR Parts are selling an incomplete set of rails and cross bars; missing fixing bolts and a cover piece but I'm sure you could find suitable bolts and perhaps live without the cover piece or find one from a breakers?
