GPS - which one?!?

After using Google Maps for a couple of months - we have fallen out! I need a GPS System which will offer “major roads only”. Google Maps only ask if you want to avoid major roads. I’ve had enough of tracking all over Brittany farm yard driveway. Any suggestion as to which GPS System I should be looking to purchase? Andrew Kennedy

CoPilot? https://copilotgps.com/en-gb/

I used to use that before going over to Google Maps. I have used CoPilot in France - I added the country-specific map for a holiday trip - and it all worked well enough. Haven't used it for a while, however. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Waze likes to send you on small roads to avoid traffic.
I really should take its advise Laughing

Hi there. Thanks for the input. I have had a look at Waze online but it didn't (to me anyway) indicate that the system can offer "Major Road Only"? What I am trying to get away from is using minor road as little as possible. Brittany is full of them and best left to the locals. Andrew Kennedy
