RR Sport L494 3.0 tdv6 vs sdv6

Hi all, i'm in the marked for a RR sport L494. The early diesel ones were 3.0tdv6 with 258hp, and the later ones 3.0sdv6 303hp. Besides the obvious power difference, what are the other differences?
The tdv6 is 10k cheaper than the sdv6.
Also i am looking for the Most reliable one...
