Just had the same issue, but apple. I went through the Bluetooth search, select Handsfree/Landrover and then pair.
The code for my Bluetooth pairing code is 2121.
Once I put the code in the phone paired and now shows and I can access the phone via the controls on steering wheel and touch screen.

Have to try that code, I get the Land rover pair but no code.
Should add the phone picks up the Land Rover pair .

Just had a thought , I have had a read of our Freelander book and its the same set up , but it says with ignition on not motor running , I will be back!

Can you make phone calls?
I can’t, it dials then disconnects. Haven’t tried incoming calls yet.

It’s gone back to the garage to get some niggles sorted, I’ve asked them to look at it for me as it wouldn’t connect to the mechanics phone either.

I think it connects on mine , it accidently dialled local Arnie CLark ! but cut the call in time, that's fine but the volume was far too high , is there a setting for that , sorry no books as I said.

Just turn the vol knob down while making a call. And it will remember the phone setting.

Similar with nav announcements. Adjust vol while its talking. Got to be quick Laughing
And don't turn it all the way down !!!!
