Intermittent keyless entry

My 2018 RRS sometimes the keyless entry and lock works, sometimes not, is there a known issue?
The car is still under warranty

Mine has done this before. I think it’s the KVM module that could be faulty.. every time (twice) mine did it I just pulled the fuse out relating to keyless locking and all works fine
