target intake airflow vs mass airflow

To start I have lean trims so fml no codes yet but still annoying af.

The target intake airflow is around 1g/s lower than the MAF.

What is the target intake airflow set with, is it a particular sensor? Does this explain my lean condition? ie we have more air than the target?

Also anyone know the part thats used to connect the cobra to the throttle body with the massive jubilee clips?

nah not at all. i just ended up using the lpg map to make the car management system happy. if i had to guess id say a vacuum leak from exhaust manifold.
