Glenrands Land Rover, Hampshire

Absolutely superb service from Ross and his team. New business but invested in decent kit (Hunter alignment and a swanky wheel balancer).

I was allowed to chat to Arne as he did the alignment and all is good apart from the front track rods were very stiff to adjust so going to get new ones fitted - remember my mantra of preventative maintenance Thumbs Up
My slight wheel wobble has gone and steering wheel is 100% level.
Tracking was not far out and it was done 2.5 years ago Rolling Eyes ...should be done annually Bow down
Sport in there having a Jag V6 transplant and a Classic 4.2 LSE with running issues.
LR trained mechanics and he now has an account with Advanced Factors so even better!
I can highly recommend them Thumbs Up Visitor from fullfatrr.com

United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Orkney Grey

Always good to see a recommendation. Thumbs Up

I like the comment about chatting to the chap doing the alignment. My local tyre place has a Hunter rig so does my alignment for me (as well as being my tyre fitter of choice and recommendations for many years now). And they're happy for me to use the time it's up on the ramp to have a look around underneath. I've spotted early signs of leaks this way in the past so a really useful thing to be able to do. And the guys doing the alignment are happy to chat through what they're doing, too.

It's great to find places that treat you as a customer rather than just a walk-in credit card. Thumbs Up 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Glenrands now using Advanced Factors as a supplier should anyone wish to have choice between Genuine or OEM parts.

Paul at Advanced Factors has out performed all current parts providers to Glenrand - something we all knew all along Thumbs Up Visitor from fullfatrr.com

United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Zermatt Silver

Just got the car back from Glenrands following some electrical issues which were completely draining the battery.

I'm very pleased. Everything now working but, we'll see how it fares over the next few weeks and if the problem reoccurs.

They did a software update for the Body Control Module. I can't find out anything about this on the web, only replacements so, out of curiosity, does anyone know about this? They also fixed my parking system with one new sensor and some work to the wiring for the camera which had some age related issues. Re-gassed the aircon for the summer and hopefully, all set for another year of motoring. They even delivered the car back to me.

I did visit their site when I dropped the car off. Its an impressive setup. Labour rates are good and its a really friendly place. A thorough recommendation from me Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Cheers,

Stuart.
