Brake pedal switch ?

You can lift the plastic up and get it out of park should u wish to push it somewhere

by plastic do you mean the button on the gear knob or the plastic centre consul?

I think it locks into park when you take the key out, there is a little pin that pops in to lock the gearstick into place. Have you tried disconnecting the battery for a few minutes to see if it resets? Range Rover Sport 3.0 SDV6 HSE Dynamic 2016 MY

I thought he was talking about the transmission stuck in park, not the park brake.
