Anyone had problems with Rimmer Bros

Hi,

I ordered a part from Rimmer Bros website which arrived a week later, but it was the wrong part. Their fault as their website was wrong. They gave me an RMA number and I sent it back. 2 weeks later they still have not sent me the correct part and are now saying they did not receive my part back.

Has anyone else had problems with Rimmer Bros? Current - 2014 Range Rover Sport HSE SDV6
Gone - 2017 Audi A8 Sport
Gone - 2007 Range Rover Sport HSE TDV8 - Great car.
