As you are asking the question, you should reject it, as even though they do get a fix, you will never be happy with it. It will always be in the back of your mind every time you get in it "will it let me down". Get a replacement even though you have to wait on it.

the dealer confirmed in writing the 30 days right to reject was suspended while the car was with them, on 31st day they solved the problem being software glitch, after a wipe and reload it’s working fine, both issues I had were silly issues that the factory should have picked up on, 1 of the parking sensor not locked into place, and the other main issue with the EV was a software problem so no parts were fitted.

Despite the car being with the dealer for 3 weeks i was kept informed every day and had a couple of loan cars, FFRR and Defender, The dealer has also compensated me for the issue which I am happy with. Was not sure in waiting 6 months for a factory fresh car which may well of had more silly faults.

So I’m up and running got a few more days trying it out but loving the P400e,
