Odd problems with Nav

First post on here. I'm an escapee from the disco3.co.uk site

Purchased a used 2017 RRS HSE from dealer but having some weird issues. I'm on 19C software.

1. The cars date thinks it's 2016. Even if you turn off auto time there are no adjusters for the date, only time
2. Managed to connect to WiFi. Incontrol is working.
3. Can't login to navigation. Keeps asking about data connection, even though it has a WiFi connection
4. Won't recognise two data sims. New 3 one has been activated in my phone.
5. Won't connect to my phone for Android Auto even though its on approved list

Also noticed that when connected to WiFi any secure site in the inbuilt Web browser fail saying the certificate has been blocked. This must be due to the date.

The dealer will look at it next week but can't help feeling if I could get the date right it would probably work.

Any ideas when the car asks for date or how to set it?

Reading more it looks like time/date comes from GPS. I recon that must be not working as the car does not know where it is either....

I assume the InControl Pro nav will operate without being logged it ?

Anyone any idea how to reset it (just in case)
