Oman 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Vesuvius Orange
L494 cigar lighter

So... I've installed a L494 cupholder and cigar lighter in my L320. Now all well and good, but, I need the OEM connector for the cigar lighter to make a tidy job of this.

Any idea where I can find it and what it even looks like??

If I can't find one, I'll have to botch it, which I'd prefer not to do.

Thanks in advance Thumbs Up

Have a good weekend.

Unfortunately not, it's a 3 spade connector, plus the illumination feed for the "light ring".

Here's 2 photos

So ideally like to get the same connector to keep it tidy.

I could use spade connectors as a last resort, but the narrower type.

Cheers

A lot of L/R connector/plugs are TE Amp you may find what you are after on their site, but there is a awful lot to look through. Laughing Could look for a second hand console harness on e-bay but might be a dear way of getting the plug.

Cheers

Thanks Col,

Took a wild stab and Googled 3-tab connector and stumbled upon this Motorcraft item for Ford cars... As the previous Explorer looks like a L494 Laughing think this might be worth a go...

Now to find the light connector....

Cheers for the help

Having 3 pins is the light already counted for ?

I think the 3rd tab is the earth to the light. There looks to be a connector of sorts for the illumination feed on the outside. Should be easy enough to make something that works for that if I can't find the connector. 2006 RRS S/C CONSTANTLY under modification...
